I was born in the year of our Lord 1956 and was fortunate to get my greedy little hands on a Spectrum 48K in the 80's. After having discovered The Hobbit I was hooked on text adventures and wanted to write some myself. I worked with PAW, the Quill and GAC until the Spectrum went obsolete. I then turned to the Amiga and continued writing game using a program called AMOS. Well, the Amiga went out of business too and a few years went by before I found Adrift. It suited my needs perfectly. I didn't have to learn code and could concentrate on the writing and the puzzles.
